Dr Sanmaniego is a Awesome Great Doctor but the staff or who ever answered today Sounded so rude Not willing to help at all …Okay So I just called today @ 3:16pm and So My Son was a patient here we stop coming here for quite a while and the rude thing about it is when I called to have my son seen again the lady who answered said if my son hasn’t been there in quite a while that the doctor 🤔will no longer see him ever again😒…. I was in a really bad car accident, and needed to see a doctor. I found Dr. Samaniego on google, and I am so glad I did. He really is a great physician. He always makes sure that you are comfortable and relaxed before any procedure or test is done, and he takes the time to explain things in detail. The office staff is also very helpful; they're very friendly and welcoming, which makes going there pleasant even when you might not feel like it! I would definitely recommend Dr. Samaniego and his team!

I personally recommend Dr Samaniego to anyone who is looking for a great doctor. He has treated me the best throughout my entire surgery and recovery process. So My daughter usually has her appointment every month and miss half the morning of school. So this time when they scheduled the appointment it was 4 weeks and 4 days not within the 30 days. My daughter takes medicine daily. So when I called and told them we will still be coming in for her appointment next week still but could you send for the 4 days she will be missing her medicine and the lady on the phone told me that they send for the weeks and there is nothing they can do about it. I said you are right you did send for the 4 weeks but you are forgetting the 4 days you scheduled her appointment off. Still did not care that my daughter would be off her medication for 4 days. So freaking rude and unbelievable. They did not care! This will mess my daughter up for a whole week! 😔

They have some good doctors here... also appointments are fast. They don't take long. We are always out by an hour..They like to take their time to learn everything about you and they hear your problems or whatever. They are awesome... I have a 7yr old and 11 yr old that come see them... They tell you it's not an overnight thing. It takes time to get your kids adjusted to the meds and the right 1... I love it here. He is so nice and funny he speak English and Spanish..Also restrooms and the rooms are always clean.. but I recommend this place for yourself or your kids. They care about you and try their best to help you..

Office is ran like a puppy mill. The staff is rude and drs don't seem very stable them selves. Wait times are ridiculous as again it's ran like a puppy mill to get as many people as possible in there. And FYI they will release any of your info to someone who claims to be the other parent even if they didn't sign the consent forms for your child to be seen. They don't even check if there is a court order stating they can't.

Dr. Sam is great! His staff is another story. I've been his patient for years. He understands and has helped me tremendously. There have been times when I've had attacks, etc , he's told me to reach out to him. His staff NEVER allows me to speak with him, nor relays the message. I go out of State frequently due to family. Dr. Sam is able to see me thru Telehealth and said to keep my appointments thru this manner. His STAFF rejected my appointment and has not relayed THEIR decision to Dr. Sam. He has no idea that I need to see him and his STAFF is not allowing me the Telehealth visit HE approved. Always tell him your concerns when you hit roadblocks with his staff. He needs to know the neglect his staff provides to his patients. Review completed.

My son was referred by another doctor and the moment I looked up Dr. Samaniego and saw his ratings I was instantly concerned. I went ahead and tried calling to schedule something I was then transferred to Jessica. She has never been helpful everytime I would ask her something she'd give me a short response and just hangup not allowing me ask another question or finish my thought. All she told me was that they needed a report so I sent it to them with my contact info. The manager Scott even replied at one point that I sent the wrong format which I resent again with my contact info. I finally called again because it's been several weeks at this point. I am of course upset because I am trying to get my child the help he needs and all I've gotten is the runaround. Jessica just kept saying she had no form of contacting me which is obviously a lie because again I emailed them the report they needed multiple times with my name and phone number. I asked to speak to the manager since Jessica kept insisting I was lying that I didn't send my contact info. When I spoke to Scott the Manger instead of helping me and listening to me he doubled down and defended Jessica. He stated he only prints the reports and hands them to her and that's why she has no contact info. I then reminded him that I did in fact include my number with the email and the email itself is another form of contact so saying they couldn't reach me is a lie. They also could have called the doctor that referred us to get my info but there was no effort put into contacting us. If they didn't want to help us or take a new patient they should of just said that. It's just so crazy that this is a psychiatrist office and instead of being kind and understanding they gaslight parents and tell them to look for another doctor because they brought up a complaint .I've worked with multiple doctors and never would I speak to any patient like that. And if I ever received a referral with no demographics or insurance the first thing I would do is contact the referring doctor to obtain that information. I wouldn't just throw my hands in the air and say "oh well". Do not waste your time even beginning the new patient process with this office. Look for another doctor. Absolute worst experience.

Let me clear some things up Scott. First of all l didn't come into the office being verbally abusive but I ended up becoming that way. I called this office asking if you were accepting new patients and was told yes you were however prior to scheduling an appointment I would have to get tested at another facility. I immediately scheduled that appointment and got tested which cost me $300. Then I call your office and was told you are no longer accepting patients. ( No apology by the way) Well now I'm out of pocket $300 for testing that I didn't want to do in the first place. What you are failing to understand is that your office told me I had to have that testing in order to be seen in your office which, by the way, is not a requirement at other offices I have contacted since. The second time I came to your office I was calm and asked to speak to the doctor at which time I was asked to come back Monday and told I would be able to talk the Dr then. Upon returning on Monday I calmly checked in with the front desk and was asked to be seated to which I complied and the next thing I know the police are there. Really??? I'm told to come back and while I'm waiting the police are called. Not once since the beginning of all this did anyone apologize to me for the inconvenience of getting tested or for the fact I was told you were accepting patients and now you're not. It's the principle of common courtesy of which your entire office lacks. And the fact the Dr. Samaniego would never even hear me out was a pure lack of empathy on his part and a cowardly act.

I show up 17 min early for a 2:00pm appointment for my son. It is now 2:42pm. We are still waiting to be called back. If you have an extra 2+ hours in your day to waste and wait, this is the place for you. Going to start looking for a new doctor office that is more mindful of scheduled appointments and courteous of people’s time.
